We offer Home and Business Support via remote desktop.  Call us for instructions on how to use Showmypc. 

Click on the the link below and then click run, then click run a second time.  You may have to click Unblock, or Allow to allow the software to run.  The show my PC software will generate a passcode that given to us over the phone will allow us to connect securely to your PC.  You must have a broadband internet connection for Show My PC to work.
